DO YOU OFFER DIFFERENT DJ PACKAGES FOR EVENTS?
Yes, for all budgets. Email us and request pricing on DJ packages and we will send you a price list. We can also customize the gear to fit the specifications of your event.
DOES AVLA CARRY LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Yes, AVLA Productions, Inc. agrees to maintain a $1,000,000.00 liability insurance policy while working for any of our Clients. If needed, AVLA can also provide a certificate of insurance naming whoever they need as an "additional insured".
IS THERE A MINIMUM RENTAL ORDER?
No. If you need one piece of equipment or an entire truck full of gear for your production or event, then we can help.
HOW DO I RENT GEAR?

IS THERE A DAILY AND WEEKLY RATE?
Yes, we offer competitive daily and weekly rental rates. Go to the "Rental" section of our site and click on the different gear to see both rates. It’s easy.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RENTAL BY TO GET WHAT I WANT?
The sooner the better in order to guaranty that the gear is available to be rented. It's a first come, first serve rental policy, so don't wait! You can always email or call us to inquire on date and gear availability. If your gear is out, then we can let you know when the gear will be available again or suggest other options for your needs.
WHAT IS YOUR RENTAL POLICY?
You MUST be approved first BEFORE Renting. First, read the "Rental Requirements" and email us the proper paperwork, then fill-out the online "Rental Approval Form". An AVLA representative will review everything carefully, then call you with an "Approval Code". Select your gear online after you received approval, go to your cart, pay and pick up your gear. It's that simple!
CAN WE RENT GEAR AND HAVE YOU DELIVER AND SETUP INSTEAD OF US PICKING UP?
Yes. Just let us know where and when and we'll be there with all your gear. A delivery and setup fee will be required.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
AVLA is open 24 hours! If you have a production or event emergency, then call or email us and we'll help. Our representatives are always checking emails and voicemails. Our office number and email is listed above.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Our policy for new customers on their first order is COD. You may use cash, check, credit card, Apple Pay, Android Pay or Zelle QuickPay. AVLA accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
DO I NEED INSURANCE IN ORDER TO RENT GEAR?
AVLA Productions, Inc. requires both property and liability coverage. AVLA must be named as a certificate holder. If you don't have insurance, then let us know to give you other options that are available. Our end goal is to help you with your production or event.
